We are Glyn and Naomi Johnston and we’re two ordinary people on an extraordinary journey.
We’re starting this blog to document this journey through our experiences. In 2017 we decided we wanted to do something practical about human trafficking and it evolved into this long term trip to Budapest, Hungary. Glyn has a background in welding and underwater construction and Naomi has a background in photo and design. We’re going to be using these skills to develop practical community projects in Hungary. We have a daughter Minna May who loves dance, singing, dressing up and stomping in puddles. She’ll be four when we get to Budapest and will be adventuring through preschool.
Minna is actually one of the biggest reasons we’re doing this. We’d love for her to actually understand that all people matter, and that following God through your passions and talent is actually life goals.
